Translation:
'In C[hristian] Tolkien at Holzmarkt there are all types of New Year's greetings, also on silk and with illustrations, and also good for children. Also: visit- and weddingcards, businnes- and postcards. If only someone in the neighbourhood needs Danziger Anzeigen or newspapers he can visit me too.'
